People have been disappointed with it's inability to meet the quality of story that previous Elder Scrolls games and horrendous glitches, and praised for the few things it did improve on (though I can't think of any off the top of my head.) For a few years now this game has been played, modded, expanded and talked about since it came out. An alternative is wzMod which is what I used beforehand for item management. You may just need time to adjust, though it is so much better than default. I'm sure this game needs no real introduction as to what it is: a first person RPG set in the Elder Scrolls universe. I used to play without Darnified because I thought it was too small.
